Remembering Sofia
We would like to express our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Sofia, one of our brave TMD Warriors who sadly passed away on the 31st of March 2025 at the age of seven years old.
We recently received these flowers from Sofia's family "Dear Suzi and gang at TMD. Our family are forever grateful for your kindness and love. You are a very special charity"
Sofia and her family created so many beautiful memories, from an Easter party for both of the classes in her year, to riding in a limo to see the Frozen musical live; So many happy memories, filled with smiling and laughter. Sofia will be forever remembered through these happy memories, alongside the beautiful memorial rings the family have created with Wendy Kemp through our keepsakes service.
Rest in peace Sofia, 21 November 2017 – 31 March 2025
