Five Acre Wood School becomes referral pathway partner
We are delighted to announce that Five Acre Wood School in Maidstone has become a referral pathway partner with Taylor Made Dreams. Five Acre Wood School is an outstanding, all age (2-19) day district special school for children and young people with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
